cfacts offers real estate appraisals nationwide. As an appraiser providing this service for cfacts customers and clients, the following criteria must be met.

Customer courtesy and professionalism must be maintained when contacting the customer.

Contacting the Customer
When performing an appraisal that requires access to the interior of the home, the appointment must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the order, if no contact is made in 24 hours you are required to notify cfacts. You are required to notify cfacts when an appointment is set for an appraisal, provide cfacts with the date and the time of the appointment.

Turn Around Time
Providing accurate turn around time to our clients is imperative. If you are unable to meet the time frame you must notify cfacts before accepting the order.

Hard Copies
It is important the hard copy is sent to cfacts within 48 hours of the faxed copy.

Lender/Client Name
cfacts name is not to appear on the report. There are certain circumstances for a particular lender that it will be required to be typed on the report next to the appraiser's typed name. You will be notified of this particular situation in the special instruction area of the order. cfacts is an appraisal service and not the lender/client, each order will have the lender/client name listed on it for you.

Faxed Copies
cfacts requires a clear and readable faxed copy. In the event a report is not acceptable when received by cfacts you may be asked to refax the report to a different fax number. If the problem persists you may be required to fax the report from a different location.

Licensing Requirements
cfacts requires every appraiser to supply a copy of their renewed license. An appraiser found to have an expired license will be notified to supply a copy of their current renewed license within 30 days. During this time no appraisal orders may be completed, and failure to supply a current license will remove the appraiser from the cfacts database.

Overnight Service
cfacts does not pay any overnight fees unless agreed upon on a case by case basis.

Payment
We at cfacts understand how important it is to provide our appraisers the same quick service that we require. For that reason be sure to fax your invoice along with the report. An appraiser is paid 30 days after the hard copy is received by cfacts.

PDF Files
When submitting PDF files to cfacts please ensure that your invoice is not part of the appraisal file. You may send your invoice as a separate PDF file, or via fax or postal mail.
