View browser-based reports showing orders in progress, orders received on a given date, and orders completed on a given date. Interactive features of our status reports let you add your own notes and comments to your orders. |
| Order Retrieval | cfacts is able to provide Customers with an electronic copy of certain completed reports via our web site. These can be viewed and printed using Acrobat reader 4.0 or greater and downloaded for future reference. All of the delays associated with faxing (transmission errors, busy signals, missing pages) are no longer an issue. Customers can pick up these reports moments after they are completed. |
