The following apply when cfacts is not paid from the proceeds of a loan at closing.
cfacts generally issues invoices in the middle and at the
end of each month. Invoices are due 15 days from the date of issue
for customers with credit privileges. Invoices will also be issued
to prepayment and payment upon completion customers as a record of
the work that has been completed.
cfacts offers services to our customers on a prepayment, payment
upon completion, and an extension of credit basis. Depending upon
your preference and our review of your completed application, any
one or a combination of these methods will be available to you.
